Because our products are made-to-order through Printify, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check your size and product details before placing your order.
We gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please email us at hello@scriptedherd.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will work with our production partner to send you a replacement at no extra cost! :)
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after they are placed, so we can only guarantee changes or cancellations within a few hours of purchase. There is zero guarantee that we will be able to make changes to wrong addresses, wrong size ordered, wrong product ordered, wrong color ordered, or wrong billing address. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after you purchase at hello@scriptedherd.com
Customs & Import Fees
We strive to ship from within your country or region whenever possible to avoid customs fees. However, if your item is shipped internationally, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
