The shirt I received was sized incorrectly. Much smaller than a normal medium. I reported itimmediately and went back and forth with customer service multiple times. Ultimately, they would not give me a refund or a larger size. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed with this purchase and company. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Since I work with a print partner, I have to follow their process for replacements and refunds, but I always advocate for my customers.
